EZ-EDGAR
|

EZ-EDGAR is a full-featured, easy-to-use service for searching, displaying, and retrieving
the SEC’s EDGAR filings. The filings can be downloaded to your computer and automatically
loaded into your word processor or browser for editing, searching, or printing. The
financials within filings are pre-formatted so they can be easily displayed as spreadsheets.
EZ-EDGAR also notifies you the moment a relevant document is filed by sending email
notifications based on a variety of criteria, including a watch list of companies and filing types.
