EZ-EDGAR
|

EZ-EDGAR is a full-featured, easy-to-use Internet service for searching, displaying,
and retrieving the SEC’s EDGAR filings. The filings are downloaded to your computer
and automatically loaded into your word processor or browser for editing, searching,
or printing. In addition, the financials are pre-formatted so they can be easily
displayed as spreadsheets. EZ-EDGAR also sends email notifications of filings based
on a variety of criteria, including a watch list of companies and filing types.

Value Added EDGAR Feeds

Our value-added EDGAR feeds are reliable and optimized for speed. We can include
additional tagging and identifying information to the raw EDGAR feed to ease integration
